Interested in bringing your youth group to Unidiversity?

We need to know a minimum number of attendees (the amount of the deposit) and a maximum number that you could bring, but please keep this range to only 5-10 people. Example, if you think you will have 40 people, but expect to add a few more, tell us: Expected: 40, Maximum: 45. Then, send deposits for the 40. $25 times 40 = $1,000.

You must have ONE chaperone for every TEN youth (gender specific) from your youth group. We ask chaperones to do other tasks besides simply watching their group. We need leaders for seminars, Bible studies, and electives, and other small tasks. With your registration information, please include what each chaperone is willing to do (if they have a specific topic in mind for seminars or electives, or are simply eager to volunteer to lead bible studies and preset electives and seminars).

The expected number of people you send is a minimum number of attendees you will be responsible for paying for their camp costs. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We also require mandatory insurance—more information will be posted about this later.

However, please let us know your exact numbers if they are drastically bigger than your original deposit.

We will email you when an absolute final count is needed.

REMEMBER: The cost of camp does not include transportation or any meals before dinner on Monday or after breakfast on Saturday. The cost also does not include your transportation during the week or to any other excursions your church wishes to make during free time in the afternoons.
